Here you can find out about how we run things at Countryside Pre-School Nursery. We need your help to keep this organisation running as smoothly as possible!

If you would like to come and have a look round one of our settings, then all you need to do is call on the provided number or contact us on one of our contact forms and we will arrange a time for you to come with you child to see all of the exciting things that we get up to.

We then put together your welcome pack, which contains forms such as a registration form, parental permission and copies of our menu's.

It's unavoidable that small children catch all kinds of minor infections. For a speedy recovery and to prevent the other children from falling ill, children who are unwell must stay at home.

If a child suffers from Sickness and Diarrhea- we advise that you child remains at home for 48 hours after the last time they were poorly.

Childhood infections such as Chicken Pox are common among all nurseries and we will always make you aware of any cases that we may have at nursery. If your child contracts a contagious infection, we advise you keep your child at home until they are no longer contagious. There is no set period of time for cases such as this, so if you are in any doubt please contact your doctor or visit the local chemist

Snow closures are sometimes unavoidable, however we endevour to open in all weathers.

If the staff are unable to make it to the nursery and we are forced to close, you will have a designated person who will make you aware of our decision from 6:30am onwards.

As previously stated we try to open in all weathers, so therefore we may not open at 7:45  however, open later in the day to allow the staff more time to get into work safely.

There also may be times where we are forced to close early, however you are made aware of this as soon as we make that decison.

Letters are put out nearer the time if snow is forecast to make you aware of your "Snow Contact"
